Our vegan sourdough croissants are made with organic and fair-trade vegan '“butter”. The sourdough in our croissant, not only acts as an aromatic and rising agent but also provide all the health benefit associated with sourdough.

Our croissants are made with natural sourdough levain therefore we require a 48 hours notice for large orders .

We used organic vegan butter to create wonderful layers

This product is vegan and does not contain dairy, eggs and any animal products, however it is made in a kitchen that use these ingredients.
